Our Story
Proud of Our History
From 1995 to 1997, Chuck Kepner and Matt Fourie collaborated and developed an intuitive 21st-century approach to Problem Solving. They established Thinking Dimensions Global and appointed them the official global distributor of the KEPNERandFOURIE® thinking technology. Since then, the firm has evolved into a global network of companies focused on moving individuals, teams, and organisations toward sharper thinking practices and more measurable results.
Thinking Dimensions and KEPNERandFOURIE® have pioneered a specific critical thinking approach that addresses the fundamental and advanced needs of Root Cause Analysis. This approach uses commonly supported templates with structured questions to guide a team through the analysis phase quickly and effectively. The thinking behind this encourages troubleshooters to ask the right questions of the right people to generate quality data and promote intuitive deductive reasoning from Subject Matter Experts.
Critical Thinking
Critical Thinking tools were developed on the backs of our founders’ 120+ years of real-world experience from shop floor to boardroom. We know what works, how to deliver measurable results and how to transfer or facilitate our expertise to your organisation.
Measurable Results
Whether building your own problem solving life skills, working more effectively in your organization or working with our consulting practices. We recognize that in a 24/7 world different formats and approaches are needed. We work with individuals, teams and organizations using blended approaches to deliver measurable results.
